Bahama Bro Protein Shake

If you’ve been chugging the same bland protein shake for years now, it’s about time you switch it up. This tropical smoothie is a far cry from what you’re used to, and that’s a good thing.

                                            <li>4 ice cubes </li>
                                            <li>½ cup  freshly squeezed orange juice </li>
                                            <li>¼ cup  canned light coconut milk</li>
                                            <li>¼ cup  100% pure pomegranate juice </li>
                                            <li>2 scoops  vanilla whey or egg-white protein powder </li>
                            </ul>
